New Orleans-based Flow Tribe bring funk and rock together with the delicacy of a sledgehammer. They create “backbone cracking music,” a soul shaking mixture of styles and sounds that is the signature of their hometown. In addition to performing at Voodoo Music Fest this year, they have shared the stage with Galactic, Trombone Shorty and Juvenile to name a few. Flow Tribe are currently on tour in support of their new EP, Alligator White.
On Wednesday, Nov. 12, Flow Tribe will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at Holy Mountain. Austin’s Jack Burton Trio and KP and the Boom Boom open the show. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address. Only submissions with full names will be officially entered. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 6 p.m. on Tuesday, the day before the show. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise.
Holy Mountain is located at 617 E. 7th Street. Doors open at 9 p.m. All ages welcome. Advance tickets for this show are available online here.
