The Aquabats were formed in 1994 by musicians Christian Jacobs, Chad Larson and Boyd Terry. Throughout many fluctuations in the group’s line-up, singer “The MC Bat Commander” and bassist “Crash McLarson” have remained the band’s two constant fixtures. They are one of the most entertaining live acts in the ska/punk scene, incorporating crazy story lines, on stage characters in costumes, and all with a comedic twist. Currently The Aquabats are currently on tour in celebrating 20 years as a band.
On Saturday, Sept. 27, The Aquabats will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at Mohawk. They will be joined by touring mates Emily’s Army. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address.
