Jen Kirkman is a stand-up comedian, actor and writer who got her start in Boston and New York City and is now a staple on the Los Angeles comedy scene. In 2007, Kirkman released her first comedy album, Self Help, with ASpecialThing Records, and followed that up with 2011’s Hail To The Freaks. Kirkman is also the author of the book, I Can Barely Take Care of Myself, which became an instant New York Times Bestseller when it was released in April 2013.
On Saturday, Jan. 31, Jen Kirkman will be performing in Austin at The North Door. Kirkman will perform two shows which will be live tapings. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers for the 7 p.m. show.

Only submissions with full names will be officially entered. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 6 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 30, the day before the show.
