The film captures Inés (Mapy Cortés)and her best friend Beatriz de Alpuche (Anita Blanch) as they attend an all male theater, where they try to prove that Inês’ boyfriend is cheating on her. But what they don’t know is that the Committee of the League of Defender of Good Manners is watching them, a board Inés is on. Trouble ensues as everyone is keeping an eye on everyone.
All films are open to the public, and films will be screened in Spanish with English subtitles. The event begins at 8 p.m. at the Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center (MACC).
