Post-hardcore/emo-pop quintet Hawthorne Heights came to life in the summer of 2001. Originally called A Day in the Life, the Dayton, OH, collective saw numerous lineup changes and shifting music styles before settling on its current formation. The band is currently on tour in support of their latest release, Hate. Hate is the first installment in a trilogy of EPs the band will release.
Hawthorne Heights will be performing a headlining show in Austin at Emo’s on Wednesday, October 19. Performing with Hawthorne Heights are Eaton,Ohio based rock group ViFolly and songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Stükenberg. The best part?
