The seventh studio release, Femme Fatale, from Jive recording artist Britney Spears is about to see the release of a music video for its third single, “I Wanna Go,” on Wednesday, June 22. Spears is releasing the video on a multi-level platform with the help of Bravo, Vevo, and MTV. Spears released a thirty second teaser to her fans that aired simultaneously on Bravo’s Watch What Happens: Live and Vevo. MTV will air the “I Wanna Go” video hourly during the channel’s video hours, and also on VH1 during VH1’s Best Morning Buzz Live post release. The video for “I Wanna Go” was shot in Los Angeles and directed by Chris Marrs Piliero.
“I Wanna Go” is the third single off Britney Spears’ platinum seventh studio release, Femme Fatale, and was produced by Shellback, Savan Kotecha, in collaboration with Max Martin. “I Wanna Go” comes in the wake of Britney’s tour in support of the album, which began with a critically acclaimed sold-out show in Sacramento, and will end in Raleigh, North Carolina August 25. Britney Spears will be joined by Nicki Minaj, Jessie and the Toy Boys, and Nervo on the Femme Fatale tour. Afterwards, Spears is expected on a European tour also in support of Femme Fatale.
