Knuckle Rumbler is transforming The Ghost Room into a a masterpiece, literally. Knuckle Rumbler will be teaming up with Vid Kidz to create a live art exhibit that showcases a digital landscape with a psychedelic and celestial feel on Thursday, May 19. In addition to the cosmic and enrichening experience, the event will feature performances by Blank Fritz (formerly Sunset), Missions, Spells, and Sorne.
Missions will heighten your senses with a hypnotiziing, synthesized sound that engulfs their progressive, heavy beats.
Formerly known as Sunset, Blank Fritz will be performing, bringing fresh sonorous orchestrations from out of this world.
Also shedding the image of his past project, Kevin Attics is rebirthing from his Mothflight project and his hiatus as Spells. Spells is heavy on the psych and will definitely be a enrichen the experience Knuckle Rumbler has to offer.
Lastly, Sorne. Sorne sounds of the future gawking at you with a gaping mouth, fearlessly and enveloped in mysticism. Their visual performance is bound to leave you speechless, enthralled with every fragment of your existence spilled into the galactic unknown. Their debut album was recently released in February, and word on the street is– they will make you lose your mind– in an enlightened, Star-Child kind of way.
The evening will fuse the collective consciousness of art, music, and video, and it is expected you will fall into a mystic trance. So, if you want your mind blown, the sooner, the better. Get there as early as 8:00pm, cover is $5, and on behalf of it being Bike Month, if you show up on a bicycle, you get a $1 Lonestar. The evening– sponsored by Austin Town Hall, Red River Noise, Waterloo Icehouse, and Bike Texas— will offer drink specials, giveaways and there will be a photobooth present.
