Musical debuts don’t usually begin with vulnerability, especially on singles. This doesn’t apply to alt-pop newcomer Rozes’ latest – and pretty straightforward – single, “Fragile.” The track comes off of her upcoming debut EP, Burn Wild, which is slated for release in early 2016 according to the official press release.
While she’s working on her first EP, this is definitely not the Philadelphia native’s first time at the rodeo. The 22-year-old artist released her first single, “Everything,” back in 2014. Recently, she’s collaborated as a co-writer and singer with The Chainsmokers on their fittingly titled song, “Roses.” According to the release, the single has already made it to the Top 40 and has over 4.8 million plays on SoundCloud. By the looks of this collaboration, Rozes’ vulnerability might pay off. For now you can listen to “Fragile” below and decide for yourself.
