Today actress/model/musician Taylor Momsen and her band The Pretty Reckless released their second studio album, Going to Hell, via Razor & Tie. The followup to 2010’s Light Me Up, the album was being recorded at Water Music Recording Studios in Hoboken, New Jersey when the studio was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy in October 2012. Due to losing equipment and some of the original recording files, the group had to work harder for the album’s release and rerecord many of the songs.
Currently, The Pretty Reckless is supporting Fall Out Boy on tour in Europe, but will return to the U.S. next month. Look for an appearance on the Golden Gods Awards and their one Texas date at KLAQ Balloon Fest in Anthony, Texas.
