The Sub City Take Action Tour presented by Hopeless Records is the rock tour with a heart of gold. For 11 years now, the tour has been bringing together music fans and non-profits to raise money and awareness for organizations like SEX, ETC.; Do Something and ReachOut.com. In 2013, the tour will be teaming up with the It Gets Better Project, which teaches young LGBT kids that even though the teen years can be rough, things will get better, happier and all around more positive.
The tour, which kicks off Jan. 11, will be headlined by The Used with support from We Came As Romans, Crown the Empire and Mindflow. Tickets are on sale now with VIP packages available that will include a signed copy of Vulverable II, The Used’s reissue version of Vulnerable, which comes out Jan. 22.
Pre orders of the Take Action Compilation Volume 11 are now available as well. The album includes previously unreleased and exclusive tracks from more than 20 bands including, The Used, Enter Shikari and The Wonder Years. Five percent of sales of the album will go to Sub City and their charity efforts.
