Django Django’s new album, Born Under Saturn, expands on the slippery, indefinable nature of their self-titled debut – applying all of it’s giddy art-rock imagination only this time across a much wider canvas. Throughout the album, Django Django continue to find magic in the unexplored spaces between musical genres – criss crossing house beats with clarinets, rock hooks with reggae drum lines. Thankfully, Django Django are blessedly oblivious to genre restrictions.
On Wednesday, Oct. 28, Django Django will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at Mohawk. Their touring mates Wild Belle will open the show. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
