KEN mode (an acronym for Kill Everyone Now) is a Juno award-winning, Canadian metallic hardcore-influenced noise rock band from Winnipeg, Manitoba, that was formed by brothers Jesse and Shane Matthewson in September 1999. The group released several demos, leading to their debut full length, 2003’s Mongrel. Fast forward to March 2013, which is when they saw the release of Entrench through New Damage Records in Canada. KEN mode continues to tour relentlessly, proving that despite being a well-seasoned band, they won’t be calling it a day anytime soon.
On Friday, Sept. 25, Ken Mode will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at Mohawk. They will be joined by Child Bite, Garrett Jamieson and Clyrvoyant. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address. Only submissions with full names will be officially entered. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 6 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24, the day before the show. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise.
