Philadelphia-based grunge-gazers Creepoid – composed of husband and wife Anna (bass/vocals) and Patrick Troxell (drums), Sean Miller (guitar/vocals) and Nick Miller (guitar)- are currently on tour in support of their third full-length album, Cemetery Highrise Slum. Released via Collect Records in June, the album finds Creepoid refining the sound of their early LPs and distilling it into what is undoubtedly their finest and most accessible release to date.
On Thursday, Aug. 6, Creepoid will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at Red 7. They will be joined by touring mates Marriages. Austin dream-pop band Ringo Deathstarr open the show. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address. Only submissions with full names will be officially entered. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 5, the day before the show. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise.
Red 7 is located at 611 E. 7th Street. Doors open at 8 p.m. All ages are welcome. Advance tickets for this event are available for purchase online here.
