Chicago-based alt-rockers Local H are known for their blistering live shows and for pioneering the two-man band set-up — frontman Scott Lucas covers both guitar and bass through an extra pick up in his guitar and drummer Ryan Harding pounds out the rest of the sound. Currently the band is celebrating the 25th anniversary of their first show and the release of their new album, Hey, Killer.
On Sunday, May 3, Local H will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at Holy Mountain. Austin-based rockers Battleme will open the show. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address. Only submissions with full names will be officially entered. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 6 p.m. on Friday, May 1, two days before the show. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise.
Holy Mountain is located at 617 E. 7th Street. All ages are welcome. Doors open at 9 p.m. Advance tickets are available for this show online here.
