Founded in Cincinnati, Ohio, in 1988, The Afghan Whigs have long stood out from their peers, with their savage, rapturous blend of hard rock, classic soul, and frontman Greg Dulli’s searing angst and obsessions. Their new album Do To The Beast, released via Sub Pop in April, is the first new album by The Afghan Whigs in over a decade and a half. The album serves as both a homecoming to the label and a glimpse into the future of one of the most acclaimed bands of the past thirty years.
On Friday, Oct. 31, The Afghan Whigs will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at Mohawk. They will be joined by touring mate Joesph Arthur. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address.
