Dallas-based symphonic rock band The Polyphonic Spree formed in 2000 by former Tripping Daisy frontman Tim DeLaughter. Their music incorporates a choir, flute, trumpet, french horn, trombone, violin, viola, cello, percussion, piano, guitars, bass, drums, electronic keyboards and EWI. The Polyphonic Spree are currently on tour in support of their latest album, Yes, It’s True, released last year via Kirtland Records.
On Friday, July 11, The Polyphonic Spree will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at Central Presbyterian Church. Co-headlining will be Denton-based indie-folk artist Sarah Jaffe. Austin’s own Burgess Meredith opens the show. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise.
