Classic rock favorites Cheap Trick have over 5,000 performances, 20 million records sold, 29 movie soundtracks and 40 gold and platinum recording awards in their resume. They are responsible for timeless classics such as “I Want You to Want Me,” “Surrender,” and the late 80s lighter-waving favorite, “The Flame.” Their most current release, The Latest, has garnered glowing reviews worldwide and continues Cheap Trick’s reign as power-pop progenitors as they celebrate their 35th anniversary together.
On Friday, May 16, Cheap Trick will be performing a headlining concert at Emo’s. Austin indie heavyweights Ume open the show. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
