David Beck and Paul Cauthen, once musical rivals, are now the co-bandleaders of popular Austin-based Americana indie-rockers Sons of Fathers. Often compared to bands like The Everly Brothers, Sons of Fathers fuse elements of old school Texas country, indie rock and folk better than most. Their latest album Burning Days is proof.
The Austin Chronicle faves are currently in the middle of a month long residency at Mohawk before they hit the road for upcoming tours. On Tuesday, Jan. 28, Sons of Fathers continue their residency at Mohawk with special guests Killer Whale and Wildfires. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address. Only submissions with full names will be officially entered. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 5 p.m. on Jan. 27, the day before the show. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise. Good luck!
