Earlier this year hip-hop production pioneer Prefuse 73 (Guillermo Scott Herren) announced the launch of his new label, Yellow Year Records. Its inaugural release saw the pioneering artist team up with new blood Teebs for an EP of dreamy beats under the moniker Sons Of The Morning. In celebration of this, Prefuse has announced a short North American tour in the new year alongside New York’s FaltyDL.
On Monday, Jan. 27, Prefuse 73 and FaltyDL will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at The Parish. Austin’s BoomBaptist opens. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address. Only submissions with full names will be officially entered. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 5 p.m. on Friday, Jan.24. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise. Good luck!
The Parish is located at 214 E. 6th Street. Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Music starts at 8:30 p.m. All ages are welcome. Purchase advance tickets for this event online here.
