Escondido is Nashville, TN based artists Jessica Maros and Tyler James who met while James was recording their mutual friend at his home studio. Escondido’s sound ranges from Tom Petty/Fleetwood Mac-influenced pop to the lovelorn country ballads of old. The Americana-inspired “desert sex” duo is currently on tour in support of their debut The Ghost of Escondido.
On Wednesday, Dec. 11, Escondido will be performing a headlining concert at Mohawk. Lo-fi indie folkster Jesse Woods and indie-country rockers El Campo round out the bill. The best part? We have two tickets to the concert to give away to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 3 p.m. on Wednesday, the day of the show. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise. Good luck!
Mohawk is located at 912 Red River. All ages are welcome. Doors open at 9 p.m. Advance tickets are available for purchase here.
