After forming in the late ’80s in the Bay Area, punk rock band Swingin’ Utters’ popularity took off only for them to take a hiatus at the top of their fame and later return (successfully) in 2010. Fronted by Johnny “Peebucks” Bonnel, the group is known for the “piss-n-vinegar” punk stylings while having a flare for folk and garage-punk. Swingin’ Utters are currently on tour in support of their newest full length album via Fat Wreck Chords, Poorly Formed.
On Thursday, Nov. 14, Swingin’ Utters will be performing a headlining concert at Red 7. Nashville-based punk rock group Blacklist Royals will co-headline. Austin’s Threes Away open. The best part? We have two tickets to giveaway to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address.
