Japanese garage rock power trio Guitar Wolf formed in Nagasaki in 1987. The band is known for songs with piercing vocals and an extremely loud style of noise-influenced punk which emphasizes heavy distortion and feedback. The band is currently on tour in the U.S. in support of their latest album Beast Vibrator, released in September via Okami Records.
