The Gracious Few is what we here at Red River Noise are calling a ’90s super-group. The band includes Chad Taylor, Chad Gracey and Patrick Dahlheimer from alterantive rock band Live. The three needed a vocalist for some new songs they had written so they joined forces with vocalist Kevin Martin and guitarist Sean Hennesy from popular ’90s alt-rock band Candlebox. Their debut album was recorded by Jerry Harrison of Talking Heads. What more do you need to know? Give a listen to their single “Honest Man” here:
The ND is located at 501 I-35, just east of the highway between Brushy Street and 5th Street. All ages are welcome. Doors open at 9 p.m. Advance tickets for this show are available at Front Gate Tickets here.
