Formed in 1991, alt-rock band Cracker is the musical project of singer David Lowery and guitarist Johnny Hickman. Their Facebook bio says it best by describing themselves as “the group that veritably introduced brash irreverence and irony into alt-rock.” The group are back on the road in support of their 429 Records debut, Sunrise In The Land Of Milk And Honey.
On Friday, July 26, Cracker will be performing a headlining concert in Austin at Mohawk. They will be joined by co-headliners Camper Van Beethoven. The best part? We have two tickets to give away to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your full name and email address. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 3 p.m. on Friday, the day of the show. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise. Good luck!
Mohawk is located at 912 Red River. All ages are welcome. Doors open at 8 p.m. Music starts at 9 p.m. Concert will be on outdoor stage. Advance tickets are available for purchase here.
