In addition to being a member of the bands Okie Dokie, Epsilons, Party Fowl and Moonhearts, indie rock artist Mikal Cronin has played bass guitar and sang backup vocals in Ty Segall’s live band. Cronin is currently out on tour in support of his sophomore release MCII—and first disc for Merge Records. Listen to the album on Cronin’s bandcamp page here.
On Thursday, June 27, Mikal Cronin will be performing a headlining concert at Mohawk. Shannon and the Clams co-headline while Austin-based A Giant Dog and Sweet Talk open the show. The best part? We have two tickets to give away to one of our lucky Red River Noise readers.
The giveaway will be conducted as a raffle from our email list. Just click “enter the drawing” below after submitting your name and email address. We will pick the winner from these submissions before 3 p.m. on Thursday, the day of the show. The winner will be notified via email from Red River Noise. Good luck!
Mohawk is located at 912 Red River. All ages are welcome. Doors open at 7 p.m. Music starts at 8 p.m. Show will be on outdoor stage. Advance tickets are available for purchase here.
