Providence, Rhode Island progressive rock band The Dear Hunter will be headlining The Parish this Tuesday night. The band is touring in support of their new record Act IV: Rebirth In Reprise, which was released last month on Cave & Canary Goods/Equal Vision Records.
This record goes along with the band’s six album concept series. The long-awaited continuation chronicles the story of a boy, that is only referred to as “The Dear Hunter,” at the turn of the century. Act IV is their most orchestral and multi-layered set of songs to date. The Dear Hunter became frontman Casey Crescenzo’s project after a stint as singer of The Receiving End Of Sirens.
The Parish is located at 214 E. 6th Street. Doors at 8 p.m. Show at 9 p.m. All ages welcome. Advance tickets for this event are available for purchase online here.
